Browser cookie policy and analytics choices

What the website stores

The website stores one local consent choice for optional analytics. Essential local preferences and browser reading history may also be stored so the interface can remember your choice and reopen written results. The browser scanner does not store the original image or base64 data in reading history.

Optional measurement

If you accept optional analytics, the website may load Microsoft Clarity and its session replay when configured, and may send bounded first party events about page use and scanner outcomes. A replay may include rendered page content, the visible scanner preview, URLs, interaction context, filenames or UI text exposed in the page, and browser or device details. If you do not want this optional replay, decline optional analytics.

The original selected file is not sent as an analytics event. It is sent to the Qomza gateway only when you start a reading. Clarity is not loaded before consent, and browser Sentry diagnostics are only enabled after consent when configured.

If you decline, optional analytics remain off. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are treated as a decline. Browser Sentry is closed and Clarity storage is cleared when you withdraw the choice where the browser makes that cleanup possible.

Change your choice

Open Cookie policy in the footer to review the current choice. You can accept or decline optional analytics there, or clear the site's local storage in your browser. Clearing local storage may reset the consent prompt and local reading history.
